By making a purchase, submitting payment, registering for an event, or entering into a paid arrangement with AWCT, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Rule

2. Event Registrations and Tickets
For paid AWCT events, watch parties, cultural experiences, fan experiences, meetups, activations, or other ticketed activities:
- Refund requests made 14 or more days before the event may be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees and non-refundable costs.
- Refund requests made 7 to 13 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or event credit.
- Refund requests made less than 7 days before the event are generally non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Late arrivals are non-refundable.
- Removal from an event for misconduct is non-refundable.
AWCT may offer event credit at its discretion.
3. Event Cancellation by AWCT
If AWCT cancels a paid event and does not provide a replacement date, eligible customers may receive one of the following:
- Refund
- Event credit
- Transfer to another AWCT event
- Alternative experience of similar value
Processing fees, transaction charges, third-party platform fees, and already-incurred costs may be non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration or ticket may automatically transfer to the new date.
If you cannot attend the new date, you must contact us within 7 days of the rescheduling notice to request available options. Options may include credit, transfer, or partial refund depending on the event and expenses already incurred.
5. Changes Due to Weather, Safety, Travel, or Third Parties
Refunds are not guaranteed for changes caused by:
- Weather
- Security concerns
- Venue changes
- Government restrictions
- Travel delays
- Transportation issues
- Creator or performer availability
- Sponsor or partner changes
- Tournament schedule changes
- Force majeure events
- Circumstances beyond AWCT’s reasonable control
AWCT may provide credits, transfers, alternative programming, or partial refunds at its discretion.
6. Merchandise Refunds and Exchanges
Merchandise may be eligible for exchange or store credit if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item is unused, unworn, and returned in original condition
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Customers must provide proof of purchase and photos of defective or incorrect items.
The following items are generally non-refundable:

- Used or worn items
- Digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged after delivery

If no separate written agreement exists, AWCT may offer partial credit or revised deliverables at its discretion, but is not obligated to issue a refund for services, exposure, planning, or promotional work already provided or reserved.
8. Vendor, Creator, and Participant Fees
Vendor, creator, exhibitor, business spotlight, media participation, or activation fees are generally non-refundable once approval, scheduling, promotion, production planning, or event placement has begun.
If AWCT cancels the related opportunity without providing an alternative, eligible participants may receive credit, transfer, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
9. Digital Products and Online Content
Digital products, downloadable materials, online access, recorded content, livestream access, media packages, and digital promotional services are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, files have been delivered, or digital work has started.
10. Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees, transaction charges, bank fees, currency conversion fees, platform fees, and third-party service fees may be non-refundable.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
